when you talk about stepping up Ludwig Kaiser have done just that to get a title shot you have to go out and put your hands on the champion instead of sitting back and wait on a shot last week he attacked both Bron breaker and Sheamus causing Sheamus to win by him hitting Bron breaker now on Monday night raw its one on one match for intercontinental Championship its only one man that beat Bron breaker and it was Jey uso but didn't have it that long can Ludwig Kaiser be the second man to hold the title
